What is The Wellness Exchange
The Wellness Exchange™ is a mobile, pop-up wellness hub designed to meet people where they are—churches, schools, housing developments, and parks. We remove barriers to care by providing free and low-cost health services, education, and resources in a culturally respectful and welcoming environment.
Services Offered
- Free health screenings (blood pressure, glucose, BMI, etc.)
- Preventive care and wellness education
- Nutrition and hydration kits
- Mental health resources
- Medicaid, SNAP, and WIC navigation
- Youth wellness activities
- Fitness and movement sessions
- Giveaways, incentives, and community connection
- Referrals to local care providers and social services
📍 Where We Serve
We currently serve the following Pennsylvania counties and surrounding areas:
- Monroe County (Stroudsburg, Tobyhanna, East Stroudsburg, Mt. Pocono)
- Northampton County (Easton, Bethlehem)
- Lehigh County (Allentown, Whitehall)
- Additional counties upon request (community partners welcome!)
