By registering for the 100-Day Hydration Challenge, I acknowledge and agree to the following: Voluntary Participation I understand that my participation in this challenge is entirely voluntary and that I am under no obligation to complete the challenge or meet any specific hydration targets. Personal Responsibility I accept full responsibility for monitoring my own health and hydration needs. I will seek medical advice from a healthcare professional before making any significant changes to my water intake, especially if I have pre-existing health conditions such as kidney, heart, or metabolic disorders. Accuracy & Accountability I commit to tracking my hydration progress honestly and respectfully. I understand this challenge is for personal growth, wellness, and education. Respectful Conduct I will engage with any challenge teams, community groups, or social interactions in a respectful, supportive manner that reflects the mission and values of MBS Health Network.

By checking the box and signing below, I hereby release and hold harmless MBS Health Network, its staff, volunteers, board members, and affiliated partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or actions that may arise from my participation in this program, including but not limited to: Injury or health complications related to changes in hydration habits Misuse of hydration advice or self-guided health choices Issues arising from group activity, social interaction, or public events connected to this challenge I understand that MBS Health Network is not a medical provider and does not offer medical advice or treatment.
