Official Giveaway Rules

Giveaway Overview

The Hope Starts Here Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by MBS Health Network through its Sickle Cell Hope Foundation program (the “Sponsor”). The Giveaway is intended to build awareness, encourage community connection, and recognize supporters during Sickle Cell Awareness Month.

Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, board members, contractors, and immediate family or household members of MBS Health Network and the Sickle Cell Hope Foundation are not eligible. “Immediate family” includes a spouse, parent, child, sibling, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they live.

Eligibility is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Sponsor may require proof of age, residency, identity, or eligibility.

Giveaway Period and Entry Windows

The overall Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on August 17, 2026. Each prize has its own entry window and drawing date, as shown in the official schedule below. All closing times are 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. The Sponsor’s website system is the official timekeeping device.

An entry received outside the applicable prize’s entry window is not eligible for that drawing. Entry into one drawing does not automatically carry forward to another drawing.

How to Enter

During an applicable entry window, visit the official Hope Starts Here Giveaway entry page and submit the online entry form with the requested information. An eligible person may submit one entry for each individual drawing they wish to enter.

• Automated, bulk, scripted, robotic, incomplete, fraudulent, or duplicate entries are prohibited.
• Multiple entries for the same drawing submitted by the same person using different email addresses, identities, or devices may be disqualified.
• The entrant is responsible for ensuring that the email address provided is accurate and monitored.

Prizes and Drawing Schedule

One prize will be awarded following each drawing. All prizes are digital and will be delivered electronically to the verified winner. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all prizes combined: $350. All times below are Eastern Time.

Prizes are nontransferable and may not be redeemed for cash, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. No prize substitution is permitted except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. Gift cards are subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions. Winners are responsible for any taxes or expenses not expressly included.

Winner Selection and Notification

For each scheduled drawing, one potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during that prize’s applicable entry window. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for that drawing.

• A person may win only one prize during the Giveaway.
• Potential winners will be contacted using the email address provided on the entry form.
• A potential winner must respond and complete any requested eligibility verification within 72 hours after the notification is sent.
• If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond on time, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
• Entrants do not need to attend an event or be present during a drawing to win.

General Conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding on Giveaway matters. The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, acts fraudulently or disruptively, violates these rules, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway.

If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or another circumstance beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway, the Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate it, subject to applicable law. If terminated, the Sponsor may award remaining prizes from eligible entries received before the action was taken.

To the extent permitted by law, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, except where such a release is prohibited.

Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to publish the winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state for Giveaway administration and winner-announcement purposes without additional compensation. Any broader use of a winner’s photograph, likeness, story, or testimonial will require separate permission.

Privacy

Information submitted through the entry form will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries, and comply with legal obligations. Entry does not require consent to receive marketing communications.

Entrant information will be handled in accordance with the privacy practices published on the MBS Health Network website. Entrants should not submit medical information or protected health information through the Giveaway form.

Sponsor: MBS Health Network, Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania. The Sickle Cell Hope Foundation is a program of MBS Health Network.

Questions about these Official Rules or the Giveaway may be submitted through the MBS Health Network contact page. Requests for a winners list may be submitted through the same page within 60 days after the Giveaway ends.

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Starbucks, Walmart, Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or any other social-media platform or gift-card issuer. All referenced trademarks belong to their respective owners.
