MBS Nourish & Thrive™ is our year-round core nutrition education and lifestyle guidance program. It supports families and individuals with chronic illnesses, those at risk of food insecurity, and anyone seeking long-term, sustainable change.

Program Features:

  • Nutrition counseling (virtual/in-person)
  • Monthly wellness kits (snacks, meal ideas, trackers)
  • Free downloadable recipe booklets
  • Live webinars + guest nutritionists
  • Food prep workshops & cooking demos

Eligibility:
Open to all community members. Priority given to underserved families and those with chronic conditions like diabetes, heart disease, or sickle cell anemia.

“One Month. One Mission. Move for a Better You.”

Challenge Description:
The Move for Health 30-Day Challenge helps individuals build daily physical activity into their routine with simple, achievable goals. No gym required—just your commitment!

Includes:
