
💡 Program Overview
Pathways to Independence™ is a transformational support program that helps individuals and families reduce reliance on public assistance programs (SNAP, Section 8, TANF, etc.) and build a stable, self-sufficient future.
Through customized coaching, skills training, and holistic wraparound services, participants receive the tools, support, and confidence to achieve long-term independence—on their terms.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you:
- Currently receive government assistance (e.g., SNAP, WIC, housing subsidies)
- Are actively seeking employment or advancement
- Have a desire to transition to financial independence within 1–3 years
- Live in Monroe, Lehigh, or Northampton County, PA
- Are 18 years or older
📌 Priority given to families with children, caregivers, and young adults aging out of foster care.
