Navigating government benefits can be overwhelming—we’re here to help.
Our certified benefits navigators assist with:
- 📋 Medicaid – New applications, renewals, reinstatements, and plan selection
- 🍼 WIC (Women, Infants & Children) – Certification, recertification, adding children, accessing nutritional services
- 🍽️ SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) – Eligibility, paperwork, and troubleshooting application issues
We also help with understanding letters from DHS, preparing appeals, and gathering documents.

Accessing government benefits can be overwhelming—especially during times of need. MBS Health Network’s Navigation Services are designed to guide individuals and families through the application, recertification, and troubleshooting process for Medicaid, WIC, and SNAP with compassion, clarity, and care.
👥 Who Can Use This Service
Our navigation services are FREE and open to:
- Families with low income or food insecurity
- Pregnant individuals or caregivers with children under 5
- Individuals who lost coverage or are at risk of losing coverage
- Seniors, caregivers, and people with disabilities
- Residents of Monroe, Northampton, and Lehigh Counties
📌 No insurance required. No immigration documentation is required for WIC.
📑 What to Bring / Prepare
To make your appointment smooth and successful, please bring:
- Valid ID or driver’s license
- Proof of income (paystub, benefits letter, etc.)
- Child’s birth certificate or proof of pregnancy (WIC)
- Utility bill or lease for proof of residency
- Social Security number (if applicable)
- Recent DHS letters or denial notices (if applicable)
🔄 How It Works:
- Book a free appointment (in person, virtual, or by phone)
- Meet with a trained navigator to start or manage your application
- Receive support through the entire process, including follow-up
- Get connected to additional wellness and family support services
📅 Appointments available Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM
🌐 Services offered in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole
